By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

Products and pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately. All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The total price you pay, including any delivery charge, is shown to you before you complete your order. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing or description, and to change prices, withdraw products, or limit quantities at any time before your order is accepted.

How a contract is formed

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. By submitting an order you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and correct.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel and returns

Your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses that arise from your failure to follow reasonable instructions for using the product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and the Kanz name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, where applicable, the courts of the part of the UK in which you live).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you place it.
