Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kanz. This policy sets out your rights to cancel, return and obtain a refund. It sits alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Because you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason — you do not need to give one. To cancel, email us at faq@kanz.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible, the item should be returned in a resaleable condition. You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a shop, but if its value is reduced because it has been used beyond that, we may deduct an amount to reflect the reduction.

Refunds when you cancel

Once we receive the returned item (or proof that you have sent it), we will refund you within 14 days. We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you originally paid. We make the refund using the same payment method you used to order.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you let us know within 30 days of receiving it, you can ask for a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. In these cases we will also cover the cost of return postage. Please email faq@kanz.com with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can put it right quickly.

Items that are excluded

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items that have been used or had protective seals removed may not be returnable unless faulty. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
