Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 7 - 12 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods. We will send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on UK orders. The exact delivery cost is always shown to you at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprise charges.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Delays and problems

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at faq@kanz.com and we will look into it for you. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because an incorrect address was provided.
